I hadn’t really designed this theme to be used by people other than me, so the code is a bit scary to look at.

I’m a little busy now, but if you’d like I can try to put something a little more generic together (remove the logo) and provide the PSD as well as the theme.

It’ll be a week before I can really start working on it, though. The theme is really in no condition to hand out as-is right now, unless you’re some kind of PHP-guru.
